A little bit of what to - and not to - expect
Throughout my extensive 30-year career, I have utilized my professional expertise to successfully guide and assist many individuals in achieving their goals, improving their quality of life, and finding greater happiness. Each individual I have worked with has experienced positive outcomes through customized techniques tailored to their unique needs.
Our coaching and mentoring relationship will involve dynamic communication through dialogue, questioning, and action. It is important to note that this process differs from therapy, as it is not psychotherapy, talk therapy, or individual or group counseling. As your mentor, I am here to provide unwavering guidance and support, but it is important to understand that I am not a therapist.
Thoughtful Challenges
Throughout this learning and growth series, you will encounter a variety of challenges. I will ask you numerous questions and present you with fictional situations and scenarios that require analysis, judgement, criticism, and response. It's understandable that some individuals may not be accustomed to this type of active learning, especially if they grew up receiving education in a more passive manner.
