VARK Learning Preferences Assessment

TIME:    1 week (1 one-hour session) 

 

It is important for you to realize your learning preferences because it helps you hone your learning skills. For me, this assessment helps me to customize and shape (where possible) the learning experience for you in a way that you prefer. The assessment helps me know how you best consume information and learn. 

 

The assessment determines your Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, and Kinesthetic preferences, or “VARK,” for short.
